  • University of Iowa archeological digging team will be doing two digs prior to this event and will be in attendance the day of the tour.
     
  • An on-site Potter will be producing limited-edition commemorative pieces during the tour weekend. Pieces will be produced on-site from the pottery's own original molds and with a replica of a jigger machine not used since the pottery closed in 1895.
